Do you offer custom jewellery?                                                                                 

Yes. Zavelli specialises in custom-made fine jewellery designed with intention and precision. From centre stone selection to final setting details, each piece is thoughtfully refined to suit you.

Can I customise an existing design?                                                                          

In many cases, yes. Stone size, metal type, setting style and certain design details can often be tailored while maintaining the integrity of the original design. If you are looking for something specific, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in creating the piece you are looking for.

How long does a custom piece take?                                                                       

Custom pieces generally take approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and stone sourcing requirements. We are committed to ensuring an efficient process from initial design through to delivery; however, timeframes may vary depending on the nature of each piece. You will be provided with updated timeframes throughout the process.

Will I see the design before production begins?                                                       

Yes. For custom pieces, CAD renders, diamond selection will be provided for approval prior to production.

Diamonds

Are your diamonds lab-grown?                                                                                 

Zavelli specialises in premium lab-grown diamonds. 

Are your diamonds certified?                                                                                 

Selected centre stones include certified from recognised gemolocial laborities such as International Gemological Institute (IGI). IGI certificates will be provided to you.

What diamond shapes do you offer?                                                                    

We offer a curated selection including radiant, oval, emerald, pear, cushion, round, Portuguese and Dutch marquise cuts. Our sourced diamonds are carefully selected with a focus on exceptional quality, refined craftsmanship and timeless design.

Materials & Craftsmanship 

What metals do you use?                                                                                         

Many of our pieces are set in a platnium setting, due to its strength, longevity and refined appearance over time. Platinum is naturally white, highly durable, and designed to last. Unlike white gold, it does not require rhodium plating to maintain its colour, making it a low-maintenance choice for everyday wear. Its strength also makes it ideal for fine, delicate settings while offering a refined weight and luxurious feel.

Is your jewellery solid gold?                                                                                       

For some of our pieces gold is featured in our designs and we use solid gold. Gold karat can be selected by the customer for specialised designs. In ready made designs, 14 and 18 karat gold is used and will be specified in the design description.

Is your jewellery handmade?                                                                                   

Our jewellery combines advanced craftsmanship techniques with meticulous hand-finishing to ensure exceptional detail and refinement.

Is shipping insured?                                                                                                 

All fine jewellery orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders.

How do I find my ring size?                                                                                        

If you are unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweller for professional sizing prior to purchase. Alternatively you can visit our ring sizing page for assistance.

Care & Warranty

How should I care for my jewellery?                                                                        

We recommend removing jewellery during heavy activity and storing pieces separately to minimise scratching. A soft jewellery cloth and gentle cleaning are recommended for regular maintenance.

Do you offer a warranty?                                                                                            

Zavelli offers a manufacturing warranty covering faults related to craftsmanship. This does not include general wear, accidental damage or improper care. Please contact us to arrange for your item to be assessed so we can best direct you of the next steps.

Can I wear my ring every day?                                                                                 

Yes — however, fine jewellery should still be treated with care to preserve its beauty over time.
