At Zavelli, every piece is carefully prepared and securely packaged for its journey to you.

Australia-Wide Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post and include tracking.

For the security of your jewellery, a signature will be required upon delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your parcel.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Additional transit insurance can be arranged at the purchaser's request for an additional cost.

If you would like your order to be insured during transit, please contact Zavelli prior to finalising your order so that available insurance options and associated costs can be confirmed.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon consultation.

Shipping options, costs, insurance availability and estimated delivery timeframes will be determined based on the destination and individual order.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces

As many Zavelli pieces are individually created or customised, production timeframes will vary depending on the design and specifications of your piece.

An estimated timeframe will be provided when your order is confirmed. Once your piece has been completed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.
